General Shipping Info

Many orders ship the next business day but all orders should ship within 3 business days. All orders are shipped from Minneapolis MN except for t-shirts that ship from Denver CO. Different types of shipping will arrive based on the speed of the service PLUS 1 to 3 business days processing before the order ships.

48 Connected States (AK, HI & International take longer)
USPS Media Mail - 1 to 3 weeks
USPS 1st Class - 1 to 5 business days
USPS Priority Mail - 1 to 3 business days
FedEx Ground - 1 to 5 business days
FedEx 2-Day - 2 business days (If it ships on Thur, it will not arrive until Monday)
FedEx Overnight - next business day (If it ships on Fri it will not arrive until Monday)

CD & DVD Return Policy

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on CD & DVD products.
If a CD or DVD is defective, please e-mail Orders@GoFishGuys.com describing the problem you are experiencing.


VBS Return Policy

We do understand the need to go thru a VBS kit to make sure it is the right resource for your church. In support of that philosophy, VBS kits purchased directly from Go Fish are returnable under the following guidelines.

• VBS Kits may be opened but must be in resellable condition.
• Kits must have a copy of your receipt or packing slip, phone number and e-mail address.
• We ask that kits be shipped postage paid within 45 days after receiving the kit.
• We will refund 100% of the actual price paid for the kit.
• No shipping cost will be refunded.
